Sidney Shores Restrictions
A brief summary of Sidney Shores Subdivision Restrictions follows.
Refer to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for a complete list.
- Single family residential construction and one guest or servants house
- Minimum 2,500 square feet of interior living space for primary residence
- All construction shall be new and 100% masonry on exterior walls is required
- Guest and servants house and all storage buildings, garages and workshops shall be of same general construction and exterior as the main dwelling unit
- Minimum two car garage required
- Driveways shall be constructed of concrete, asphalt or brick paving materials
In general, all walls, fences and gates shall be constructed of masonry, wrought iron or a combination thereof.
- All construction, including but not limited to primary residence, guest house, workshops, detached garages and fences shall be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee and approved prior to construction commencing.
- On-site sewage facility (septic system) is required. Contact the Bandera County Underground River Authority for specifics.
- Property Owners Association is mandatory, with annual fees required for property maintenance.
